100 % Lead Designer and anything which has to do with implementing new Content or working on existing Concepts, System ect. to fix Stuff...
Stuff I would set teams to work on for to change/implement follwing stuff:
- Improve the Storage Chest System and give 1 Chest for each different kind of items.
1 Chest tab only for Materials/Rare Materials
1 Chest tab for Runes, Insignias, Max Upgrades and Colors
1 Chest tab for Armor Sets, Event Hats
1 Chest tab for Consumeales, Trade Items, (Kourna Coins, Torment jewels ect.), Keys
1 Chest tab for Minipets
1 Chest tab for Green Items
1 Chest tab for Randomous other Stuff, like quest Items
more different items, that are stackable exist not in GW
btw make one Chest with all those different Tabs , then only 1 Tab per Campaign and a special Tab for Materials ..so why nt special tabs just for all kinds of different items and then mix up together, what fits together to make a special Tab for.
- Make the Hall of Monuments finally an account based feature and improve the HoM with new Concent about further characteristical Monuments which get placed in other Eyes of the 3 other heaven directions...to putting an Eye of the South, West and East into the game and then put in a new Elite area, into the game, which will be conected to the 4 Eyes...
Which can be only reach, when the 4 Eyes get connected to each other to form a teleportation worm hole which will bring the players into the heavenly kingdom of Dwayna....a floating kinddom of flying islands high in the Sky.
The 4 Eyes will produce rays of light, when conected to each other, which will form together a big light ray, which prism will land in the sacred temple of Dwayna, where players will find the warp gate to the sacred sky city Belflear, which is lived by sylphs and is full of magical technology about rune magic..something, what mankind and other races on the earth are far away from...but Asurans might be the first ones...
*Also making improvements in single Monuments itself to give the hoM features, which will solve several other problems, like Pet Storage for Rangers, by letting peopel just exchange their pets over the Pet Monuments, once you put a pet with max lvl on monument..players can come back and reproduce at the monument any pet at anytime, which was put in the HoM
- Give Pets corpses back
- Give Rangers a maximum of 3 Pets at the same time, but reduce pet Max level for this to 15 and lower the attack power of pets by 33%.
- Change any stupid Henchmen into Heroes and enable 7 Hero Groups, but also increase the amount of places, whre Heroes shouldn't be used..like Dungeons
- Make Dungeons warpable, once Players made then at least once in NM/HM and give the asura gate icon on the World Map a sense finally by putting the Warp Functunatilty to the Dungeons to that Icon und just remove the dumb War to that northern outpost...its simple enough when you talk in LA, kaineng or kamadan to the Quest NPC and that one will warp you then to the EotN stating outpost...after that everyone can just point warp per world map there..therfore it doesnät need the asura gate icon >.>
- Implement more Game content with additional Campaigns for ned additoonal Classes, that are really missing to the games gameplay...., also giving the game new continents to explore...the world neads imo at least 2-3 more continents ...then the world of Tyria would be considered being full and complete, having an earth similar planet in kind of size and amount of continents...give the game finally some awesome sounding continents, which don't end with the borign typical childish a-Ending...gw has enough of thta with 3 continents ...Tyria, Cantha..Elona >.> ...how about continent names, like "Aurinescar", "Kedokai", "Mirabaou" and such other different sounding kinds of names, hwich can be taken for continents
In kind of Cultures for new Continents, theres stil Australia...then we have the Maya/Aztec culture (South America) ..Indians (North America)....3 continents with 3 cultures for 3 campaigns
- when the GW world is complete.. give the game a 3D world glove world map, which is turnable naturally, which shows a gw2 new coordinate system, which will be used lated for correct pointual teleportations through coordinates simple through cross coordinates with x and y acis
- Balance the hell out of the hundreds of ignored skills
- improve the Attribute System and the existing Classes....making out of them really unique classes and not only Wannabes
- Seperate PvE and PvP finally from each other, each mode havng its own balance of skills....
- give each monster in pve their own Monster Skills and let them not fight will skills of the players >.> fighting vs our own skills we should only in pvp
- no simple weapon/armor reskins or even clones anymore
- give players the opportunity to craft their own personal Weapons/armors through an implemented Editor, tarned as Smith nPC's
- improve heavily the Character Creator System, to bring into GW finally more INDIVIDUALITY!!!!, therefore also implementign more NPC#s, like Hair Stylists ect.
- implement an Auction House System and also give players the ability to set in spoecial commerce towns on Mall Districts their personal Shops
- implement special RPG Districts for roleplayers with its own rules...
- develop a system that forces players to rename their characters so long, until their characters names if free of any sort of tarned insults, like such typical stuff like "Fak Yu" and other typical language cross overs, that get abused...first names can#t be shorter..then 3 letters...just to prevent stuoud stuff like X Roxxor X and first names may not include 1 letter in a row of 3times +, just to prevent stupid things like Xxx Blahbla Xxx.
Implement into the character creator a fantasy name generator, that pops ut randomous generated usable fantasy names ...for the lazy people ...
- Make ouf of Guild Sports finally real Guild Wars and give the game more classical traditional pvP modes too which have their own balances then with their own skills extra for these modes....
All vs All (last man Standing)
something similar to RO's War of Emperium, with guilds having to conquer the guild halls (fortresses) of other enemy guilds
real 1vs1 pvp in Gladiator Arenas
and where we are at Gladiator Arenas.... real Gladiator pvp, where you aline have even to fight vs more than 1 foe or vs very strong monsters in 1vs1
- the fight system needs improving..lettng it look more fluid...like real time and not like, as if 2 chids are playing with their plastic soldiers..wth ever repeatng same moves...players should really aim, when they attack, to hit the foe ...
- implement a real ego perspective to GW, especially to the ranger, which will get the improved version with it, cause of his ability of having eyes like an eagle, the ranger gets a zoom function....for sniping **g* muahahah
- once the new engine allows more..give us mounts and alot more up nice ways for transportation...get rid of the Map Travel ...let the player have to you either Asura gates, teleportation runestones or when they learned it...a teleportation magic spell or use your different kinds of mounts....
- implement more gameplay systems.. stuff like dual weapon fight style ..combo attacks with other party members.. group special attacks with your whole party....
- increase max number of skills in skill bar from 8 to 10
- increase max party size to 25(50) for GW2 (not counting companions)
- give the game epic bosses, epic equipments and any stuff, that makes the gamers heart happy
- make minigames perma playable and improve them ...
- implement taverns into the game and other buildings, which can be entried, like hospitals, stores, ect. in general make out of the world something more realistic with lots of houses ect. being entryable *god i know thta word was sure now incorrect XD*
- add more insignias, runes, and weapon mods, that are somehow missing
- remove loot scaling and do something to make the economy much better
- ban the scum out of GW, like bots, gold sellers and try to develop an ingame system, which automatically searchs and destroys XD *dreams*
ectectectectectectect ....
there is so much to do to improve, to implemente, to change, to balance ect pp. it would need months to years to do all this....in 1 day you can't make anything....

Walk out the building knowing I helped Guild Wars to become a better game. The way I see it, the new guy could not possible be worse then the guy I fired. Nothing personal, just business, and when you cause people to leave the game (not spend money) because your focused on a minority, it is just bad business.

Not really defending Phoenix... he/she did make quite a large list of "to-do's"... but he/she did say at the end that it would takes months, maybe even years to do all that stuff.
On topic... I'm really not sure what I would do, probably just hang out and suggest some changes that people have brought up in the forums.

I'd be the boss of the team that is still working on the bugs for gw1....and make them FINISH working on some of them....to heck with gw2 its far off, get to work on what is already out there!!!!! (sounds of whips cracking in the background)....and you cant leave until they are all fixed!!!!
and tell one of the teams to get working on the realms of the other gods---they arent happy that they dont have one yet!!! (and you dont want to make THEM mad)
